We’re delighted to host the Second Swiss Colloquium on Applied Ontology (SCAO 2027), SCOR’s flagship event, at the University of Neuchâtel on February 4–5, 2027. The event is supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
SCAO 2027 features two exciting themes: “Ontology of Food: Modeling the Edible Alps” and “AI, Concepts, and Conceptualization: From Ontology to Ethics“. For the first time, SCAO is launching a Call for Proposals for both tracks, with funding opportunities available for accepted presenters. The proposal deadline is September 30, 2026 (23:59 AoE, Anywhere on Earth).
